Speech Improvement Center is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our corporate team.

Who we are:

Speech Improvement Center started in 2013, with a single office, single therapist, and a signle patient. Now, almost 9 years later, we have 25 clinics in California, and continue to grow.

We specialize in pediatric speech therapy. We see kids from ages 0-18, and help them with their speech therapy needs.

Job details:

• - Conducting research in different areas of California and identify different schools, insurance companies, or regional centers we can work with
• - Contacting and creating relationships with insurance companies and trying to set up a contract to work with them
• -identify different creative options to increase business and get more patients
• -Actively visit the contacts and keep an ongoing relationship with them
• - analyze data to find areas of need for patients
• -Calling and setting up appointments for managers to visit
• - start building the business
• - train and develop other team members to do business development on a local level

This is a full time position in Pacoima, CA

Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm

The position will require traveling to different locations (25% of the time)

Base Salary: Starting from $16.50/hour + bonus

Pay: $34,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
