BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT II
HOURS: Full Time Mon-Fri [Hourly]

REPORTS TO: VP of Sales and Marketing
The goal of the Business Development Representative is to promote the company brand and increase visibility and sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all marketing and business development efforts
- Create and maintain prospect lists for marketing campaigns
- Produce weekly metric reports for management
- Web site metrics
- Email campaigns
- Lead generation
- Handle the design and production of all sales and marketing collateral including; brochures, sell sheets, flyers, presentations, trade show graphics, etc.
- Spearhead the maintenance and enhancements of company website including landing pages and blog posts
- Oversee the search engine optimization efforts to improve website visibility
- Monitor paid ads. Report results.
- Maintain domains, hosting, SSL certificates etc with GoDaddy hosting provider
- Drive all press releases efforts
- Oversee the company’s presence on online social networking sites; LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Manage all trade show and vendor fair planning and logistics
- HubSpot Lead Management including imports, validation, assignments, tasks and documents
- Create and maintain all Email Marketing efforts with reporting
- Answer all Incoming Sales calls
- Lead all Intent Data efforts with research, targeting, emails, and calls
- Provide overall Sales Support to team of 10+
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing related experience
- Experience with designing marketing materials and company website
- Must excel at public speaking and possess a high level verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of HubSpot, MailChimp or an equivalent program
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
