Business Development Manager -
Masterson Staffing Solutions has an internal direct hire full-time career opportunity available to manage our Minneapolis/St. Paul Southern Metro market in attaining new customers through a perfected sales process.
Will be responsible for:
· New Business Development-In Person cold calling B2B qualifying and finding decision makers.
· Telemarketing to set up appointments.
· Making presentations to the prospective company to outline benefits of using Masterson as their service of choice.
· Proposal prep and rate negotiations.
· Handling contracts to close new business.
· Managing a mapped-out territory.
· Building client relationships.
· Involved in problem solving.
· Exceptional listening and customer service skills.
Candidate must have an aggressive “hunter” mentality with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
