Business Development Manager, L.A. Market
LOOK Cinemas is seeking a Business Development Manager for the L.A. market. The ideal candidate has experience and proven success with B2B sales and private events in Southern California.
The perfect candidate is driven and resourceful, forward-thinking, and committed to creating incredible and memorable events for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and build corporate event database for L.A. market
- Quote and plan corporate events in theatres – business meetings, private movie screenings, and special events
- Create B2B marketing strategy for special events
- Network with local business community, at chamber events and other business meetings
- Research new leads in L.A. market and maintain active outreach
- Represent the brand and venues to potential clients
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Manage event proposals, quote, and contracts
- Utilize CRM platform to implement communication calendar and strategy
- Provide sales reporting and analysis to management team
- Develop strategic collateral and tools to generate new business
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals
- Monitor special events and meeting venue industry for trends and insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years sales experience in entertainment/hospitality/travel industry
- Working knowledge of local market
- Strong interpersonal skills and client relations
- Salesforce experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
