Central Florida Behavioral Hospital is a 174-bed, private psychiatric hospital located in Orlando, FL. Central Florida Behavioral Hospital helps individuals suffering from mental health and substance abuse disorders gain the skills they need to walk on the path to recovery. We use specialized treatments and supportive services to provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient programs with evidence-based therapies that meet the individual needs of our patients. We are currently hiring for a full-time Director of Business Development to join our team!
Under the direction and supervision of the CEO, the Director of Business Development has overall responsibility to plan, implement, and monitor the marketing plan for the facility. The Director of Business Development provides a framework to assist the facility plan for future growth.
Director of Business Development Duties:
- Formulates, directs and coordinates business development activities and procedures to promote the facility's treatment services;
- Identifies, develops and evaluates business development strategies, based on knowledge of the facility's goals and objectives, market characteristics and cost of services;
- Develops the necessary market research, forecasting, follow up and budget for the facility's marketing plan in conjunction with the CEO;
- Directs the hiring, training and performance of the Business Development Representatives and oversees their daily activities;
- Organizes and executes special events and tours for the facility;
- Maintains appropriate database of community demographic data and service utilization statistics to be used in planning and program development
Director of Business Development Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred;
- Two years minimum in Marketing and Sales, two years managing staff preferred;
- Reserach and analysis skills
- Computer skills
- Leadership and management skills
