BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR (REMOTE)

Coretelligent has an opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to work in a growing, exciting, and dynamic team-oriented environment, providing an opportunity to enter the organization at a pinnacle time in the growth of our firm. This position will be responsible for presenting Coretelligent’s offerings, and ultimately solution sell matching core services to client’s need. Due to the consultative nature of the sale, this person must have complex consultative selling experience, preferably selling B2B IT services while working with channel partners during the process, extremely strong relationship-building skills along with demonstrable sales cycle management and closing ability.

  • Be a new business catalyst with the capacity to ramp quickly
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly objectives
  • Responsible for the full sales life cycle from discovery to close
  • Develop relationships with C-Level business and IT leaders within an organization
  • Uphold Coretelligent’s reputation for the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry
  • Skillfully qualify needs of the client and effectively translate into compelling value proposition(s)
  • Clearly and effectively articulate Coretelligent value proposition and differentiate from its competition
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, and sales processes with the channel partner
  • Work closely with the channel partner throughout the sales cycle, and effectively leverage our partner’s existing client relationship
  • Be an active and integral member of a dynamic team which excels through cooperation and continuous improvement
  • Self-directed continuous improvement of sales and technical knowledge


Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside IT Services sales experience
  • Sales process focused with excellent closing skills
  • Solution/consultative/technology sales experience
  • Self-starter motivated by the opportunity to advance professionally, personally, and financially
  • Strong ability to develop a professional rapport, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional communication, both written and oral, and organizational skills
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce


Preferred

  • Managed Service Provider or IT services solutions experience
  • Selling directly to end-customers but with and through channel partners


Pay

This full-time position is based in the US. The salary range is $100k - $125k + commission, equal to 2x base salary + benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
