Crown Uniform is looking to add a Business Development Administrator to our growing team!


Summary

Reporting to Director of Sales and the Vice President of Business Development, the Business Development Administrator will play a critical role within the department while supporting all stages of the sales cycle. The administrator will be responsible for executing day to day operations including creating pitch decks and proposals, contract management and preparation, CRM (Salesforce) Administration and essential business KPI reporting. In addition, this person will work collaboratively with other teams and Leadership. This position is based out of our Providence, RI New Business Development Office and candidate should have flexibility to attend meetings in our Brockton, Massachusetts offices.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Support the Business Development team by creating presentation materials, proposals, and customer specific contractual documents.
  • Administration of sales data - example contract expiration dates, Contract renewal process, market penetration analysis)
  • Organize and manage business contract templates.
  • Report on critical KPI metrics, providing real-time visibility of team performance.
  • Conduct analysis and administer accurate reporting on the sales pipeline, forecasting and goals.
  • Team communication for new business win / loss performance.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce.com reports and dashboards to support the sales process.
  • Research and interrupt analytics, monitor and track marketing campaign results.
  • Use internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and "hit the numbers"
  • Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by reps.
  • Assist in implementing new business processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness for the sales organization and the various supporting roles involved with sales.
  • Playing a key role in sales and operations planning (S&OP),
  • Having a sales support department as a "center of excellence," operating at the forefront of strategic development and process
  • Understanding business hierarchy within a business organization as it relates to parent / child relationship.

Qualifications


  • 1-3 years' experience in a sales support role preferred Advanced Excel skills with strong understanding of Salesforce.com
  • Ability to build strong personal and business relationships at various levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong aptitude, attitude, and passion for customer service
  • Ability to grow business and to adapt and support the organization through times of change
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, strong presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with use of telephone, computer/laptop, MS Office 365, Salesforce Products (CRM)
  • Passion for personal and professional development
  • Strong analytical organizational and time management skills
  • Works well and communicates effectively through all levels of the organization as a team player


Education and/or Experience


1-3 years+ of B2B experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred. Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration experience preferred.
