Major/Essential Functions

Performs work in a manner that reflects the Values of TTUHSC
Follows all Operating Policies set by the TTUHSC Safety Services Office and TTUHSC IT Department,
completing all training as required
Assists with Institutional Advancement (IA) projects and events as assigned
Provides administrative support for AVP Institutional Advancement, Chief Advancement Officer and
TTUHSC development officers
Prepares weekly thank you report, drafting and tracking letters to donors
Makes travel arrangements for development team
Manages portfolios for development team
Proofreads proposals, agreements and grants as requested
Acts as External Relations receptionist answering all ER phone lines to include External Relations, Institutional Advancement, Communications and Marketing and Vitals
Serves as backup for department deposits, following all TTUS/TTUHSC accounting OPs
Manages IA email system and data report requests. Serves as the team lead and subject matter expert for all data requests and mass email communications ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manages collateral needs of the development team. Duties include but are not limited to serving as the
point of contact and ensuring execution of needed pieces
Serves as meeting secretary. Duties include agenda preparation, recording meeting minutes and
assigned tasks and distributing minutes
Assists with donor and prospective donor research as needed by the development team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.

Preferred Qualifications

Administrative experience
Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel software programs
Experience working with all levels of an organization

Pay Statement

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.
