Overview:
Reports to the Director of Resiliency, Safety and Security and is responsible for the overall BC/DR Testing process within the Business Continuity Program. Member of the Resiliency, Security and Safety Team.

Duties & Responsibilites:
  • Manage disaster recovery (DR) testing functions and support business continuity planning (BCP) process aligning with the business continuity annual requirements, including testing and documentation.
  • Ensure development and updates to recovery plan documentation.
  • Facilitate, coordinate and plan ongoing DR testing with internal/external stakeholders and service providers annually and maintain required documentation.
  • Lead performance and review of the business and team Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the plan through regular reviews with teams and stakeholders
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct planned Disaster Recovery tests
  • Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and DR risk assessments
  • Develop, coordinate, and assess recovery requirements and contingency plans
  • Update contingency plans to deal with business disruptions and emergencies
  • Oversee the organization’s application inventory and ensure testing requirements are met
Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience with BC/DR, IT Testing, Documentation
  • Banking or Financial background a plus
  • Demonstrates strong technical knowledge, including testing and documentation
  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) development and understanding of RTO
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of systems operations and networks; stays abreast of emerging technologies
  • Experienced in supporting business continuity, DR Testing and Exercises; including full test, tabletops and crisis management
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related or a related technology field.
