Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
Are you an expert multitasker with top-notch organizational skills? Are you someone who is always looking for new ways to streamline processes and increase efficiency? As Business Center Coordinator you will support Travelers in administrative functions such as hiring support, employee reconciliation activities (from Workforce Management and Workday systems), tracking data and workforce management. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to act as a team-player in all aspects of the job.
What Will You Do?
  • Coordinate hiring activity including facilitating financial approval processes, creating job requisitions, scheduling high volume interviews for class hiring while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with leadership to reconcile reports, track and analyze various data, and support different processes across the job families, such as shift bids.
  • Process and audit various incentive programs.
  • Partner with other Business Coordinators to produce monthly and quarterly reports, including census reporting, Insurance Service Rep/Underwriting Payouts, Pride Payouts and Turnover analysis.
  • Analyze and bring consistency to processes while ensuring Business Center needs are met.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement and handle complex administrative assignments of a broad and varied nature.
  • Build strong partnerships across multiple areas including Business Center management, Talent Acquisition and myServiceDesk.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • Two or more years of work experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle shifting priorities.
  • Strong keyboard skills and experience with Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What is a Must Have?
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • One year relevant work experience.
