Kodiak Cakes is a fast-growing natural food company located in the scenic Rocky Mountains of Park City, Utah. Our journey with food began by restoring the tradition of whole grain flapjacks from the American frontier. What will this position do?
This position will be an integral addition to Kodiak's growing Strategy & Transformation team, serving as an internal consultant that works both independently and cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and transformational projects throughout the company. This position will report to the Director of Strategy & Transformation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Gather and analyze data through quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to support decisions on critical business issues.
- A willingness to be a pioneer on complex projects in which you establish process precedence through creativity, with projects ranging from ESG to systems & technology to cost savings initiatives (and beyond).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support.
- Document, analyze, and improve organizational processes.
- Communicate changes, recommendations, and procedures to business teams.
- Collect requirements from stakeholders and help develop scalable solutions to operational problems.
- Remain engaged with business leaders to help them understand how changes impact the goals of the organization.
- Manage scope and deadlines for multiple projects at once.
- KPI tracking, analysis, and reporting. Including financials, point of sale data, and marketing insights.
- Support the development of and adherence to the company strategic plan.

Required:
- 2+ years of CPG, consulting, audit, or investment banking experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
What else do I need to know?
This role is based in our headquarters near the ski slopes and mountain trails of Park City, Utah. This position will be hybrid onsite, expected to be in office 3 days per week with the option to work remotely 2 days per week. We offer competitive compensation and benefits that include:
