Business Analyst - Junior Level Job at Bartlett Distribution Services LLC
The business analyst role has the responsibility to work with business leaders to achieve data driven goals. They are responsible for accuracy and consistency of the data across multiple business systems. Through effective data entry, proactive communication, problem solving, execution and collaboration with our leadership team the business analyst will provide top and bottom line results.
The Business Analyst is responsible for review of the route management, accounting and warehouse management systems to ensure data is maintained efficiently and accurately.
Essential Functions:
- Perform analysis of daily requests for efficiency and identify where additional resources may be required.
- Document software business processes and integrations between systems.
- Gain an understanding of business process and help define future goals.
- Daily monitoring and adjustment of the various business system.
- Production support and troubleshooting of any problems with the system.
- Work in conjunction with Information Technology department to be able to produce reports and analyze data.
- First line of support for applications that are being used.
- Participate in project work such as logistical reviews for expansions and service offerings or engineering of delivery.
