About the Position:

• The Equity Trade Support and Service team (ETSS) is responsible for providing direct operational and client service support across the full trade lifecycle of both equity and option orders.
• This role entails heavy interaction with financial advisors, MSWM trading desks, and external market centers.
• The ETSS Associate would be responsible for the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle, including order entry exception management, trade adjustments, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• A minimum of 1 year of financial services industry experience
• General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, specifically equities and option
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in fast paced environment with focus on innovation and flexibility
• Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently
