Must have Restaurant or Retail Experience

  • Weekly, Mid Period and monthly reports (weekly done by Monday 12pm)
  • Meet with CEO, Directors, Fiance etc.
  • Simplify reporting process for all locations
  • Sales analysis
  • Creates dashboard until we have software in place
  • Manages all portals, mines data and displays in a manageable format with actionable recommendations
  • Looks for ways to improve on cost, revenue, labor efficiencies (top to bottom analysis of P&L)
  • Budgets
  • Annual budgets and forecasts
  • Inventory management & training – liaison between Purchasing and Ops
  • Finance owner and trainer
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Expert in Monday.com
  • Assist with NRO training, set up, end of day reporting, banking, office duties, safe counts
  • Some remote work
  • Some travel required
  • Weekends and evenings
  • 5 – 7 years experience
