We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).
- Builds relationships with clients to ensure service levels are being met.
- Interact with state clients acting as a key liaison between business and other project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions that are strategically and operationally impactful.
- Facilitate discussions amongst multiple business and/or technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding.
- Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements with minimal guidance.
- Document business rules / functional requirements to support system enhancements.
- Provide project support to Project Manager, Project Team and Management.
- Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with management, state clients and peers.
- Assist with the creation of presentations and other materials.
- Facilitate meetings and provide follow-up documentation/support.
- Attend project and status meetings.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Business Analyst role/capacity
- Minimum 5 years meeting facilitation and meeting minute documentation experience
- Undergraduate degree in business, health care, information systems or related field or 4 years additional relevant experience
- 50% travel/onsite in Little Rock AR
- Minimum 1 year of experience developing training materials and presenting end user training
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting State Medicaid Programs
- Minimum 3 years of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience
- Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
- Certified Business Analyst Preferred
