Business Analyst - Seeking multiple Business Analysts to work with internal & external partners to develop, clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which application and solutions are developed.
- Location – Baltimore / Owings Mills
- Perform requirements gathering & translate into detailed functional and/or technical specifications
- Perform stakeholder & relationship management at multiple levels of the organization
- Define (or in some cases redefine) acceptance criteria for new and/or enhanced products, services, or processes
- Create test plans & provide user documentation
- Work closely with developers and testers in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 10-15 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science OR college degree with documented IT work experience
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
The following are not required but would be a plus
- SQL skills
- Financial services experience
