Job Description
The Business Analyst will be supporting Syneren's internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with prior experience engaging both client and technical teams. Knowledge of the federal acquisition process, business development, and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), as well as strong facilitation and coordination skills are required.
Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements
• Participate in supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Gather, track, analyze and provide reports on tasks and data
• Support production of documents toward presentations, white papers and proposals
• Meet and communicate with customers and teaming partners

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, STEM, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information (ideas, concepts, issues, models etc.) to key internal and client stakeholders
• Strong analytical and conceptualization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in marketing, graphics and writing is desired
