Building Superintendant Job at A Management Co.
Seeking a full-time, live-in Superintendent for a 174-unit building in Midtown East Manhattan.
Must have knowledge of running a residential building, including, but not limited to, boilers, elevators, compactor maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, apartment renovations, tenant relations and staff supervision and building code compliance.
Apartment included as part of the compensation package, with commensurate salary and bonus incentives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.87 per hour
