Location: Mayville State University, Mayville, ND
Compensation: $29,000
Benefits: Includes single or family health care coverage (premiums paid for by the university), basic life insurance, EAP, retirement plan, tuition waiver, annual and sick leave. Optional benefits available: supplemental life, dental, vision, long- term care insurance, flexible spending account, and supplemental retirement plans.

Position Details:
Mayville State University is seeking a full time custodian who will be responsible for performing custodial work and services for routine cleaning and maintenance of buildings. This is a daytime position with occasional evenings and weekends, Monday through Friday, based on qualified applicant. This postion will be 40 hours per week with occasional overtime.
Required Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of material and equipment used in cleaning and upkeep of buildings
- Experience in custodial services
- Experience in floor care for tile floors and carpet cleaning.
