Pay: $17.25 Starting Wage
$18.63 After Completion of Probationary Period
$21.97 After 1 Year
Schedule: Full Year / Tuesday - Saturday / 6:00am - 2:30pm (8.0 hrs daily)
Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:
1. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Possess ability to work with others in a positive manner and have good communication skills.
3. Possess ability to pass physical examination and lift/push/pull 50-90 pounds.
4. Possess general knowledge of all building maintenance, inside and outside, such as ceiling, roof, electrical, plumbing, tile, boiler, etc.
5. Possess grounds maintenance knowledge including but not limited to; snow removal, mowing, and athletic field preparation.
6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
7. Candidate must take a written maintenance test and demonstrate skills necessary to be successful in the position.
