POSITION: Budtender with a MED BADGE (Customer Service Representative) at our Berthoud Medical Marijuana and Recreational Cannabis Dispensary. This store is busy and rapidly growing! We are looking for someone with great customer service skills that is energetic, up beat, positive, and loves cannabis and interacting with customers.

JOB SPECIFICS:

• Full time --- 40 hours available, 4-5 days a week, weekends, evenings until 8:30pm, and holidays required.
• Salary --- We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package with ample opportunities for upward potential throughout all of our facilities. Starting salary will range from $13-15/hr + tips and be decided after an in-face interview, and will be based on cannabis knowledge, industry related experience, computer proficiency, and customer service skills. Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days and 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Typically, $1+ raises are given at each review period.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work on our dispensary sales floor with a team of hard working, fun, full-time employees by your side. Focus on selling both medical and recreational products. If you have limited experience in the Cannabis industry but you have customer service experience, we are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude, but industry experience is preferred and you must have a MED BADGE or be willing to immediately upgrade. If you lack industry experience you must be very knowledgeable about cannabis strains, genetics, growing, concentrates, edibles etc. We prefer someone who has Biotrack and METRC experience.

DAILY DUTIES:

• Weigh and sell cannabis products with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Accurately maintain cash drawer and inventory.
• Work with managers to provide a top-quality customer experience.
• Accurately and compliantly check ID Cards and Medical Cards.
• Track and monitor sales and inventory.
• Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.
• Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.
