Ounces is now hiring a part-time qualified and experienced Budtenders to join our team in Sturgis, MI.

Ounces is a licensed provisioning center located in Sturgis, Michigan looking for an outgoing, engaging and reliable people interested in joining our team as a Budtender. Our mission at Ounces is to establish an experience for patients and customers that help improve their quality of life. We are looking for people who wish to be part of a team which provides value in products, services and consulting. The budtenders will be tasked with managing customer satisfaction through the selection process while providing excellent customer service. They will help patients and customers in the selection process to ensure they receive suitable cannabis products. You will be trained to answer questions regarding different strains, products and different methods of consumption.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and establish rapport with patients and customers, get to know them and seek to understand their interest or needs for cannabis while maintaining exemplary customer service throughout the entire experience.

· Continuing education and knowledge of new products on the market and latest industry trends.

· Ensure the sales floor is stocked, clean and presentable at all times.

· Educating customers on the safe use of cannabis products.

· Weigh and package products as needed.

· Accurately use and maintain Point of Sale (POS) system.

· Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy.

· Daily compliance with policies including; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code and work schedule.

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

21 years or older
