Bread Baker Job at Casa Bovina
Great Plains Beef is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Baker to produce high-quality baked goods for Wholesale and Casa Bovina. As a Baker, you will be primarily responsible for producing a variety of bread, pasta, gelato, and assorted pastries.
The Baker will prepare baked goods according to recipes and production specifications. The Baker will also work closely with our team to create new and unique recipes. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing dough/pastry according to culinary, production, and quality standards.
- Appropriately utilizing various bakery equipment, including Bread Molder, Divider, and Deck Oven.
- Filling orders and following established timelines for food production as required by The Mercato and other Wholesale orders.
- Following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
- Experience with laminated doughs.
- Basic knowledge of flour varieties
- Solid foundation of hand shaping
Hours: 10am-6:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
