About the Brand Manager:

The Brand Manager is responsible for effectively managing several of our National Licensed Brands and supporting our sales efforts through strong brand and product management.


About the Job

  • Work cross-functionally across all relevant departments to deliver relevant and compelling new branded product programs.
  • Analyze current brand/market positioning and generate relevant consumer insights
  • Work with sales and our current and prospective customers to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Help shape and communicate brand positioning, strategies and priorities
  • Translate all brand elements into relevant product/marketing plans; and go-to-market tactics
  • Deliver innovative and relevant marketing campaigns and promotional activity
  • Implement targeted brand campaigns and new product launches
  • Improve the company's reputation and drive incremental brand growth


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional related experience, with emphasis on brand marketing
  • The ability to develop branded product and marketing strategies
  • Experience identifying target audiences and designing effective campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with exceptional creativity skills
  • Excellent communication skills, across all levels including executive-level
  • National Brand management experience

  • You have excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • You are computer savvy with good MS Office skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • You are a self-starter and independent thinker
  • You bring something unique to the team
