The primary responsibilities are to serve as an extension of the brand and company, interact and engage with consumers, promote products or services, and most of all, make a lasting and positive brand impression on the consumer. This position involves face-to-face marketing such as promotional events, tastings and trainings. This position will be based in the Minneapolis-St.Paul market and will require coverage in other regional areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Build the La Crosse Distilling Company brand by sharing your knowledge and providing education on all of our great spirits
• Create, maintain & grow relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores
• Perform tastings and trainings in liquor retail locations as well as occasional bar and restaurant promotions.
• Comply with all La Crosse Distilling Company policies and professional expectations

Other Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with alcoholic beverage production techniques (distillery, brewery, winery, etc.)
• Sales and marketing background
• A passion for craft spirits and mixology
• Ability and willingness to work independently, including weekends for tastings & special events
• Outstanding communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal

Job Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, Influencer or another similar role
• Background in spirits knowledge and sales
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Solid business and professional judgment and acumen
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and vehicle
