Boring Mill Operator/ Machinist (manual)
Sterling Heights, Mi
Company builds machine tooling for the Big 3 and other OEMs
Pay Rate:
Up to $30/hr based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Read prints, set up and operate Devlieg boring mill (72” bed) to machine details.
2. Check parts using measuring gages.
3. Document and update job routers / process sheets as required.
4. Keep machine and work area clean and organized.
Education/Skills Required:
6:00am – 2:30pm (or 4:30pm when needed), Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday’s.
50 - 56 hours per week on average.
90 day to direct hire, may consider direct-hire based on circumstance
