Body Shop Service Advisor

Johnson Motors Sales Body Shop is looking to add an automotive service advisor to our dealership in New Richmond, WI. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a thriving family-owned company that values customer service and takes pride in their work!

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide the level of customer service that meets the standard of excellence that Johnson Motors is known for
• Communicate with insurance companies to help facilitate the claims process
• Verify warranty, insurance or contract coverage for service
• Calculate and provide customer with an estimate of these expenses for resolving the problem
• Explain process to clients so they understand what to expect and when their automobile will be repaired
• Record information gathered from each visit in appropriate database
• Draft order for repair with all information that has been gathered outlined clearly
• Work with supervisors, repairmen and the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for clients.

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

• Must be able to build and maintain a positive customer rapport
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance
