We are currently seeking the following at our new Body Shop in Graysville, Alabama:

BODY SHOP MANAGER

This is a hands-on position involved in business decision making, strategic planning and sales growth. This is a fast-paced environment with high expectations where you are rewarded for doing exceptional work. This position is responsible for the performance and management of all body shop activities including:

  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure the satisfaction of the customer and earn repeat business
  • Maintain high-quality Body Shop repairs and minimize comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all Body Shop department staff
  • Supervise Body Shop technician’s performance and arrange training to keep best practices and skills current
  • Prepare schedules and plan staff rotations to ensure that Body Shop repairs are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Maintain supply and support systems, including technical reference material, shop supplies, safety materials and supplies, and other materials
  • Ensure that all department personnel adhere to company policies and the understanding and compliance with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop, service and part operations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills
  • Reliably contribute to a positive work environment
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral
  • Consistently develop and implement improved processes
  • Provide timely feedback to all members within the organization as well as external vendors and customers
  • Provide hands on support to team members
  • Proven ability to lead a team of people with different personalities and skillsets
  • Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Excel
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Self-motivated with a great attitude

Pay: $33,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
