BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYST
SUMMARY:
Provide a wide array of behavioral support services, with an emphasis on applied behavioral analysis
for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Complete behavioral/functional
assessments, as well as development and monitoring of behavioral programs designed to improve
overall functioning for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience with behavioral analysis and the development of effective behavioral treatment
plans.
2. Experience working with persons with Developmental Disabilities.
3. Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
4. Demonstrated ability to write reports, clinical correspondence, and procedure manuals.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from
groups of Board members, managers, consumers and the general public.
6. Proficient computer skills necessary.
7. Must be able to perform a latitude of projects at one time and be accountable for continued
progress.
8. Must be able to meet rigid deadlines and perform quality work in an efficient manner.
9. Must be able to work cooperatively with agency employees, persons served, and the general
public.
10. Appointment subject to criminal background check and urine drug screen.
11. Must possess a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years of age, and be able to provide own
transportation.
SALARY: Non-Exempt | Non-Union
