All of our 18 locations in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties (From Santa Maria to Camarillo) are currently seeking Blenditos for various shifts. Starting wage is $15/hr plus $3-$6/hr in Tips. A Blendito is a starting level position at our store. We are a fast paced, high energy environment. Some responsibilities include: cash handling, food handling, prepping, restocking, and most importantly customer service and great communication between employees. Blenditos are capable of moving up to a Supervisor position. Supervisor position responsibilities include: ensuring excellent customer service is being performed, and that all employees are following the company's workflow and policies and procedures, as well as maintaining clean and organized work areas, and that the customer receives a quality product.
