Job Summary:
This position will be responsible include data entry, daily tracking of hours, maintaining and creation of spreadsheets, addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices, and providing regular, accurate reports of billing data. This role should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and ability to maintain organization throughout the different tasks and a strong knowledge of Excel.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Generation of Billing
- Daily Hourly Tracking
- Daily Volume Tracking
- Communication with managers and customers
- Gather information for invoicing
- Monthly revenue recording for each customer
- Maintain and create spreadsheets for each customer
- Creation of forecasting and projections
- contractors and third parties
- Correspond with Operational team: o Confirmation of tracking of hours/issues and corrections
- This is a hybrid position; our office is in Crown Point. Working hours will be 8:30am-5pm.
Qualifications / Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills needed.
- Excellent with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to speak with customers under high pressure or stressful situations
- Able to work independently
- Good Organization Skills
- Billing or Accounting a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalency (GED)
- Pass a Background screening (no violations within the last 5 years)
- Pass a drug test.

- Ability to sit for multiple hours a day.
