Billing Analyst

About the Position

Coretelligent is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our Finance Team. This individual will be to responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all client overages and retainers. The ideal candidate for this position can work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct billing for monthly overages and retainers
• Responsible for updating monthly rate increase for clients
• Run end of the month reports as it relates client billing
• Answer internal and external questions as it relates to billing
• Collaborate with all internal departments to resolve billing issues

Experience & Qualifications

• Prefer a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must be proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and shifting priorities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Experience with contracts, Intacct, SalesForce, and Service Now is a plus
• Experience working on a finance team or in a billing department
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
