Description
/Position Summary


The Northwest Demolition and Dismantling, Inc. (NWDD) Billing/AR & Job Cost Admin. is responsible for managing all aspects of the billing and accounts receivable program in addition to supporting job cost tracking. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, self-starting and take ownership of their tasks. Must multi-task well and able to set priorities to meet deadlines. The role will also include cross training to support other administrative functions such as Accounts Payable and Payroll. This role will report directly to the Director of Administration. They will possess the listed knowledge, skills, and abilities and are responsible for the following:


Major areas of responsibility:

  • Create billings and manage accounts receivable
  • Support project controls efforts including cost tracking and project reporting
  • Support subcontractor management administration including collection of lien releases, certified payrolls, and certificates of insurance
  • Support other office administration roles including acting as alternate AP and payroll admin. as needed
  • Track business and contractor licensing requirements
  • Complete prequalification forms
  • Other administrative tasks as needed


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications especially MS Excel
  • Experience with accounting systems of record, Vista preferred
  • Familiarity with billing/AR and contracting processes
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in construction, business, or accounting
  • Desire to become a key member of the Northwest Demolition team
  • Technology skills consistent with generating reports, data analysis, and communications
