Mauser Packaging Solutions is a global leader in solutions and services across the packaging lifecycle, providing packaging worldwide to companies in industries from food, personal care, paints, and chemicals.

As a Bilingual Spanish Recruiter with a strong manufacturing background in recruiting Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians, you will proactively source, evaluate and make recommendations for hiring key personnel for positions at our facilities located in all of North America. Leads recruitment including sourcing, evaluating, and qualifying candidates will be Mexican nationals with expertise in Engineering Maintenance Technicians.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Screens and interviews candidates, provides recommendations to hiring teams, and provides interview guidance to hiring teams
• Manages the timely collection, verification, and editing of proposal submission materials including CVs, NAFTA documentation requirements, and letters of commitment to ensure documentation is in compliance
• Coordinates and schedules interviews for designated positions
• Proactively networks to source a prospective pool of candidates and maintain a pipeline
• Interacts with Mexican nationals to answer questions regarding our opportunities
• Creates, manages, and updates various Excel spreadsheets detailing aspects of this project

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree desired, but not required
• 5-7 years of recruiting experience required (preferably 3+ years in a manufacturing environment)
• Demonstrated capability in recruiting maintenance mechanics and engineering positions required
• High energy, collaborative, outgoing, organized, and efficient; Self-starter with tons of initiative required
• Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including interviewing best practices, compensation, employment law, and sourcing strategies required
• Ability to establish relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Team player who can also work independently and multitask
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be fluent in Spanish
