The Retail Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store which includes, but is not limited to, working with beer, wine and non- alcoholic beverage reps and other vendors; creating a beverage list that drives sales; updating displays to complement each season; communicating and engaging with customers to promote new offerings and provide excellent customer service and train staff to do same.

This is a hands-on position requiring regular presence in the store. This position cannot be fulfilled remotely and the employee must be able to work the hours assigned.

· Involvement in daily store operations, including performing cashier duties

· Oversee all aspects of the flow of beverages within the store, including inventory, ordering, and staff training

· Meet with beverage reps to ensure current products are available to customers

· Develop and execute events for our customers, including, but not limited to, tasting events

· Develop relationships with customers to gain knowledge of customer tastes

· Monitor customer satisfaction

· Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner

· Assist to maintain stock levels and inventory and assist in execution of programs.

· Maintain a clean and well-stocked food center

· Sweep and mop floors to ensure a clean store appearance

· Physically check product in as it is delivered from vendors against invoice. Must note any discrepancies

· Stock shelves and coolers

· Utilize the backroom software (Learn all aspects of Envoy that relate to the retail store)

· Merchandising

· Maintain a neat and clean store appearance and ensure staff members do same

· Complete all necessary paperwork in a professional and timely manner

· Comply with all safety regulations and report any hazards, injuries, or violations immediately to management

· Attend and participate in employee meetings, trainings, and development

· Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
