MUST HAVE STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF WINE! Wine certification(WSET, CMS, etc)Looking for beverage industry professionals with knowledge of wine and beer to join our team at Apollo Beach Society Wine Bar. We are an energetic and fun wine bar and restaurant. We would like individuals who have a passion for wine and craft beer and have a desire to learn more about the wine and craft beer culture. Qualified applicants will have a professional opportunity to further advance their wine and craft beer knowledge with accreditations.
Duties include:
*Greet and interact with guests, take orders, and knowledgeably recommend and serve wine and craft beers.
*Assist with small plate service.
*Comply with all beverage and food regulations.
*Restock supplies and keep a clean and organized environment.
*Understand and adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
*Adhere to company dress code.
*Perform bar set up and closing duties.'
**Base pay based on experience and wine knowledge. Hourly wage with tips based on average pay**
