benefits manager to administer our payroll and employee benefits programs. This position supports our 275 employees in 18 states to provide Tyndale benefits for group health, dental, vision, disability, workers comp, life insurance, flexible spending, retirement plans, and payroll administration.
The benefits manager supports Tyndale’s employees and management with resources and information regarding our benefits and payroll systems within the company. The benefits manager reports to the VP of HR and works closely with HR and finance staff for payroll administration and the 401(k) profit-sharing plan.
