The Senior Benefits & HR Compliance Manager reports to the Vice President of Human Resources & Total Rewards, and is located in Mansfield, MA San Diego or Irvine, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for benefits administration, including 401k plan administration, audits, reporting and compliance in support of a competitive total rewards strategy to recruit and retain best in class talent. Leads and manages benefits plans, renewal, employee communication and benefits vendor/broker relationships. Working with Total Rewards team, recommend and deploy targeted technical solutions to streamline and automate workflow and employee experience. This position is also responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and development of the Human Resources programs, policies, and processes relating to benefits administration, time off policies and leaves of absence management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads and manages benefit administration activities in alignment with the business and HR strategies
- Manage benefits shared service team to support regional and divisional requirements
- Manage and respond to benefit inquires and/or facilitate resolution of issues with internal and/or external benefits resources
- Establish sound relationships with benefit brokers and service providers to enable rapid response to issues and questions as needed
- Respond to benefit trends and recommend value add components to in support of Total Rewards strategy.
- Employment Compliance: Advise and enforce effective, compliant, efficient employment practices according to legal and company requirements. Key point of contact for federal and state regulations on employment benefit law and leave policies. Includes national oversight for all required site postings, employee communications
- Manage Affirmative Action program, vendors and required trainings, postings.
- Support HR Operations tools, including HCM system and work toward the documentation and automate of workflows to increase operation capacity and scalability for HR staff in a shared services model
- Manage development and submission of al required HR related compliance reports, manage required audit processes
- Support internal HR team training and internal audits to ensure best in class HR capabilities
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Basic working knowledge of general construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
- Extensive knowledge of BIM practices, standards and techniques
- This position requires up to 10% of travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration required; Master’s degree preferred
- PHR or SPHR strongly desired
- 7-10 years related HR experience preferably gained in a multi-state environment
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws in a multi-state environment
- Have a track record of positively implementing change with evidence of results
- Experience with payroll processing, payroll taxes, etc.
- Exceptional computer skills in the operation and functioning of all programs used by the organization, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn and utilize company HRIS systems. Prior Dayforce experience ideal.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
