Benefits Coordinator Job at Home Care Agency
A premier Home Health Care Company is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Coordinator to handle the processing of all employee benefit matter including claims relating to Worker’ s Compensation, Disability, Paid Family Leave and Unemployment Insurance. An individual with at least 2 years experience in these areas is preferred.
- Knowledge of all applicable State and Federal Laws that correspond to the areas mentioned above.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Must be organized , punctual , neat and have great follow – up skills.
- Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Must be comfortable to appear in court and hearings
- Handle all kinds of employment verification
- Assist in other employee benefits matters

Additional Compensation:
- Annual Bonuses (subject to performance and contribution)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
