Atlas Copco is seeking a self-starter who enjoy fixing, dismantling and troubleshooting technical tools. As a Bench Repair Technician your main responsibility is for in-house repair on Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems.

Our ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they are performing timely tool evaluations, repairs and calibrations on customer products. Inspecting and evaluating incoming products and warranty claims, generating detailed repair quotes and performing approved repairs with a high level of accuracy is essential for an individual in this role.

What we expect of you

• A two year degree in a technical discipline is preferred
• Experience performing QC verification of completed repairs
• Experience servicing Atlas Copco fastening equipment strongly preferred
• Torque theory and fastening knowledge with experience diagnosing and repairing pneumatic and electrical power tooling preferred
• Working aptitude with both mechanical and electrical components
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive outlook to promote growth, knowledge and continuous improvement
• Ability to read schematics and ensure quality evaluations, repairs and craftsmanship
• Experience communicating across all levels of an organization at a professional level
• Experience with networking infrastructure, Input/Output, wi-fi and Bluetooth
• Experience with effectively communicating technical concepts in writing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
