Behavioral Health Consultant/Therapist Job at Cape Cod Pediatrics
Cape Cod Pediatrics is seeking a collaborative, energetic and team-oriented Pediatric Behavioral Health Provider LICSW to become an integrated member of the our CCP Family. The Behavioral Health Provider will conduct diagnostic evaluations, deliver short-term, evidence-based behavioral health interventions to patients and families and help serve as a consultant and educator to our medical providers and staff.
A master's degree in psychology, social work or mental health counseling is required, as well as, a license for independent practice in Massachusetts. Experience working with children, adolescents and families in a pediatric setting is also required. Excellent diagnostic skills using problem-focused, cognitive and behavioral interventions is highly desirable. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule is a must. The full-time work schedule may vary depending on the patient need and will include some evenings.
