Pediatric Associates of Brockton is a Pediatric Physicians’ Organization at Children’s (PPOC) affiliated primary care practice serving the Metrosouth region. Pediatric Associates of Brockton is seeking clinical positions for our new Behavioral Health Program. The clinician would be an integrated member of our provider team and will work alongside our medical staff serving children and families. The qualified clinician will deliver fully-integrated behavioral health services to our patients within the practice. Candidates should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the flexibility and adaptability required to work in a busy medical practice. Our clinicians will be providing therapeutic treatment both face to face and virtually, as required.

Candidates Requirements

• LICSW, LMHC or PH.D. in social work, mental health counseling, or psychology
• Currently licensed at the independent practice level
• Must be eligible for contracting and credentialing with all insurers, including MassHealth
• Minimum of three years clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to conduct clinical evaluations and prescribe short-term, evidence-based interventions to patients and families
• Provide crisis evaluations when needed
• Provide consultation support to medical clinicians and families
• Assist families and providers with community based resource referrals
• Experience with cognitive behavioral, group, and family therapy'
