Behavior Health Technician (PT) Job at The Gregory Center for Applied Behavior Analysis
We are seeking fun, nurturing individuals to join our team. Full-time employment is considered 30 hours per week!
Behavior Health Technicians will be trained by Behavior Analysts to help you learn the skills necessary to perform your job. You will enjoy the satisfaction of helping to improve the lives of individuals with developmental delays ages 2-21 yrs old.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to individuals to teach them communication and other life skills using ABA therapy.
- Collect data and report to behavior analysts.
- Teach clients daily living activities.
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with clients and families.
Qualifications:
- Not required - Previous experience in child care, applied behavior analysis, or other related fields is a bonus but not required.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, On-the-job training provided.
- Bachelor's Degree with no previous experience OR High School diploma with a willingness to learn new skills.
- The offices are located in Luzerne County or Wayne County PA, USA.
