Description:
Under the supervision of the Recreation Program Manager, the Before/After School AM/PM Site Director is responsible for the supervision, coordination and safe execution of the B/A program and staff/volunteers at the Caboose Park location. The Site Director is responsible for working closely with other AM/PM Site Director in the planning, organizing and execution of all daily activities.
Hours for this position will be approximately 6:15a-9:00a and 3:00p-6:00p Monday through Friday, with additional hours on non-school days.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age and have experience working with children. Preference given to anyone with previous childcare management or related experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Lake Villa, IL 60046: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
