SUMMARY
Provides fast, efficient service to our patrons from our portable draft, bottled, and specialty beer cart locations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and clean portable location

Count and keep track of all inventory
-
Serve alcohol only in a safe and responsible manner
-
Provide a high level of guest service

Responsible for reconciliation of products to cash/credit

Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
This position has no supervisory responsibility
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-
Previous bar service experience preferred but not required

Outgoing personality
-
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Organized and attentive to detail
-
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
