Off Lease Only LLC is seeking a BDC Call Center Agent!

Summary:

This job is primarily responsible for answering calls and directing callers to the appropriate person. A BDC agent will speak to customers who contact Off Lease Only through the internet, emails, texts, chats and in-bound/out-bound telephone calls. In addition, this individual will be the first point of contact with all customers to establish and maintain a positive and favorable long-term rapport as well as acting as a liaison for the company and sales team.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via, phone, email, chats, and/or SMS.
• Communicate using proper speech and grammar regardless of the language in which the customer prefers to communicate.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and/or contact in and out of area customers by making outgoing telephone calls effectively.
• Identify and assess customer needs by actively listening and asking investigative questions to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
• Build value with customers and encourage customers to visit the dealership to test drive a vehicle by telling the company story.
• Achieve or surpass the daily minimum productivity quotas as decided by management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous call center and/or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to speak and comprehend English language fluently.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
