We are currently seeking a hardworking, highly motivated BDC Manager to join our growing team.

Our Volkswagen store is nearly finished being completely remodeled and due to the New Showroom, Volkswagen will be sending us additional available units!

If you have the right attitude, motivation and a good work ethic, you could also be making some great money!

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with vehicle and pricing information on new or preowned vehicles.
• While following up with customers, ask closing questions and try to secure a deal/sale over the phone prior to store visit.
• Create and maintain excellent follow up skills with our customers on a daily basis from customer inquiries through the internet and phone.
• Work with Internet Sales Director, New & Used Car Sales Managers to ensure individual & department goals are achieved.
• Maintain strong follow up skills, product knowledge and determination to reach set goals.

Qualifications:

• Superior communication, excellent follow up and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Previous Experience as BDC Manager and/or Internet Sales
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while discussing features, handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to background check prior to employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
