We are looking for an experienced, passionate Bartender for weekdays/weekend/evenings to join our strong, fun, loving team. Our ideal candidate is a craft mixologist, personable, customer oriented and a team player, self-starter, motivated, and reliable, punctual. This is a year-round role. Excellent high-volume location - great for lots of TIP$$, spanning two bars and also private events. If this is You, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

*Carefully prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages *Prep for the day with garnishes, juicing and stocking of liquor, beer and wine, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed *Creativity in preparing specialty cocktails and Holiday events *Encourage guest to drink responsibly and knowing when to cut them off *Keeping an eye on tickets coming in and prepare drinks within timely manner *Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks at bar and bar tops *Assess customers' needs and preferences; make recommendations *Must Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age *Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience *Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

*Must have proven working experience as a bartender/craft mixology of 5 plus years or more *Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, Wine knowledge a plus *Positive and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team player *Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean *Relevant training certificate a plus

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $18.00/hour.
