Responsibilities for Bartender
Looking for a friendly outgoing bartender able to work high volume. A fun and fast paced bar with live music in the core of Aspen. Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work holidays. Pay schedule is minimum wage plus tips. Equal opportunity employer.
Description of duties
- Provide high quality service to customers
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
- Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
- Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team while Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
- Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Assist with inventory and inventory control
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences.
- Ability to work in a diverse environment with both staff and clients
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively to diffuse tense interactions that might occur to maintain a safe and fun atmosphere for both guests and staff
- Make certain all deliveries are checked in correctly and documentation is correct
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.63 per hour
