Barista Job at Pisgah Coffee Roasters
We are looking for a part time barista to join our team! Barista experience is preferred and all candidates must be dependable, energetic, friendly, good at multitasking, and have customer service skills! We will have all candidates come in for a working interview and if hired, there will be a trial period for the first week of employment. Starting pay is $10 + tips.
Job Duties Include But Not Limited To:
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking drink orders
- Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones
- Answering customer questions about menu choices
- Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
- Taking payment from customers
- Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning
- Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized
- Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Working to attract new customers and expanding the menu
